Designed for couples who would like to be guided through the planning process, the Classic package offers an initial meeting along with the convenience of unlimited phone discussions and email communications for planning. Your personal wedding planner will attend two vendor appointments and be present to run your rehearsal. Your planner will be assisted by minimum of two additional Quintana staff to provide comprehensive, yet discreet, support for you and all vendors on your wedding day.

Your wedding is special and authentic to you as a couple. We take pride in taking a simple idea and creating something magical with it. As event designers, we know how challenging it can be to explain your overall ideas. We work closely with you to create a cohesive wedding visual experience for you and your guests. Our Design Package is hands-on and full of detailed customized visuals. We’ve built our business on custom designs that reflect our couples’ personal style!

Perfect for couples who have already booked their venue and are ready to be matched with the perfect vendors. Prior to your wedding, your personal wedding planner will meet with you once to discuss final logistics and coordination, and will be available by phone and email for planning. Your planner will also run your wedding rehearsal. On your wedding day, your planner will team up with an additional Quintana coordinator to provide comprehensive support for you, your family and all vendors.
